Simple & Thoughtful Returns

  • 30 days to decide: Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Like-new condition: Cases must be unused, scratch-free, and in their original packaging with protective films still attached (so they stay fresh for the next person!).

  • Switching colors or sizes? We’ll happily exchange it for the same-priced item!
  • Note: One exchange per order — this helps us serve you faster.

How Refunds Work

  • Fast processing: Once we receive your return, refunds take 5–10 business days (issued to your original payment method).
  • A small fee: To cover restocking and keep prices low, a 15% processing fee applies to refunds — waived if your case is defective
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping is non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Damaged or lost? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can fix it ASAP!
  • "Delivered" but missing? Report within 7 days — we’ll work with carriers to solve it.
  • Non-returnable: Used items, clearance sales, or cases with removed films.
